Interview conducted by Michael Van Wagenen as part of the World War II Homefront Oral History Project by the Charles Redd Center for Western Studies at Brigham Young University on 19 October 1991. Packer talks about her experiences in Declo, Idaho, the depression in the 1930's, her experiences at Utah State Agricultural College, and her life during World War II.
